Lhasa to Shangri-La (Yunnan)
We wanted to experience an overland tour from Lhasa to Shangri-La (Yunnan), and Losal helped us a lot in defining and organizing the trip according to our wishes.
Once we arrived in Lhasa, our guide and driver (both really nice and friendly) gave us a very warm welcome.
In Lhasa, we had the chance to visit all the main attractions, and our guide provided us with very interesting insights into Buddhism and Tibetan culture.
During the overland tour, we could enjoy many astonishing views of landscapes that differed from region to region, including mountain passes, glaciers, and lakes.
For sure, thanks to the help of the guide and the friendliness of the local people, our stay in Tibet was not only a tourist travel, but a full immersion in the Tibetan culture.
